Ron Paul MeetUp Groups Nearly Double in One Month

I started tracking the membership growth of Ron Paul MeetUp groups in late June. I wrote during the month that Paul's numbers increased by 3,000 members in one week. Since that time, now at the end of the month, I am happy to report that in the month of July 2007, Ron Paul MeetUp groups have almost doubled in size.
Trailing candidate's numbers rose accordingly:
Barack ended the month with 5,510 members; Edwards dropped to 4,239; Kucinich ended with 4,056; Hillary rose slightly to 1,924; and GOP Thompson apparently ended in 0.
While Barack is leading the lower-tier candidates, Ron Paul dominates with over 5 times as many members.
Ron Paul's MeetUp growth also shows the undeniable signs, albeit early stages, of geometric/exponential growth. In other words, the snowball is rolling.
In addition, Ron Paul's youth movement, mostly represented by MeetUps conterpart - FaceBook, also rose by nearly 2,000 members and ended the month with 16,683 members.
This represents 44,858 active and committed supporters. These are people who get out and meet, wave signs, hold rallys, organize call & mail reachout programs, activist who put together food drives, who spend their own money on signs, t-shirts, bumper stickers, but also on literature, hand-outs and even billboards. And yes, this is a 50,000 man on-line voting army.
